Why Clarke House

You already have the expertise. Our system captures it.

A few prepared days a year

Topics and questions are settled before anyone is on camera. Your experts give up a prepared day, not a standing commitment, and they are only in the room for the part that needs them.

Built on what your people know

We do not start from a creative concept and look for somewhere to put it. We start from the questions your clients actually ask, and the people in your firm who can answer them.

The same person, every time

Raleigh Van Epps plans the topics, prepares your experts and directs every session. Nobody has to explain what your firm does again at the start of each project. Specialist crew join when a production calls for them.

What makes it work
How it works

A few sessions a year, ten to thirty finished videos.

Start from the right questions, use expert time efficiently, and move edits through the review process your firm already has.

Choose the right questions

Start from real buyer questions and objections, the ones your client-facing team answers every week. Then confirm the audience, the business goal, and where each finished asset gets used.

Prepare

Topics, outlines and scripts are ready before your experts walk in, so their time goes to the part only they can do. We coordinate people, locations, schedules, brand assets and the technical requirements for the session.

Produce

Capture several useful pieces with professional direction, lighting, camera, sound, and on-camera guidance for people who do not film often.

Review and finish

We agree the review stages in advance and your team gathers its feedback for each round, so notes arrive together rather than in a trickle. Your firm keeps final responsibility for internal and compliance approval. Then we finish the primary videos, shorter edits, captions, graphics and platform versions.

Frequently asked questions

Camera operator filming a business interview in a professional office.
Who will actually work on our project?
Raleigh Van Epps leads planning, directing, interviewing and final quality control on every project. Specialist crew and post-production help are brought in when the production calls for them. You are not handed to an account manager.
Do we need completed scripts?
No. Teams can arrive with finished scripts, rough outlines, approved talking points, or experts who need interview preparation. The planning scope changes based on what already exists.
Can we start with one project?
Yes. A first project is a single production day that captures several topics at once, so it produces a set of finished videos rather than one. The recurring model is worth considering once the content need is clearly ongoing.
What affects the price?
How many sessions a year, how many finished pieces come out of each, how much topic development and interview preparation is needed, crew and location requirements, and how much cutdown, graphics and photography work the plan calls for.
